| | Steps to become an IBM Business Partner for the ISS portfolio
Because IBM Internet Security Systems has a selective distribution model, all companies who want to market these products must apply for authorization under the terms of the IBM Business Partner Agreement.
The IBM Business Partner Agreement defines your relationship with IBM, the range(s) of IBM products you are approved to remarket, the technical certification requirements related to specific range of products, the legal framework, and the commercial terms and conditions.
If you wish to become an IBM Business Partner for the ISS portfolio (i.e., you don’t have a IBM Business Partner Agreement):
- Complete the IBM Business Partner Application form for ISS products (please contact your IBM Internet Security Systems Channel manager listed below should you need any help completing the form).
- IBM will initiate the evaluation process, and if successful, the preparation of your IBM Business Partner Agreement.
- Within a 2-3 week period you should expect to receive your IBM Business Partner Agreement for your signature and return to IBM (please see details below).
When completed and signed, you can choose to return your IBM Business Partner Application form to IBM in the following ways:
- By e-mail: please e-mail a scanned version of your application form with your signature to: emeapw@uk.ibm.com
- By fax: please fax your completed and SIGNED application form to: +44 (0) 1475 897026
Your local IBM Internet Security Systems Channel Manager will be happy to assist you during this important step for your business:
